Here SRI LAKSHMI NARASIMHA PERUMAL with Lakshmi Thayar on the lap and with CALM look ( also called as SHANTHA MOORTHY). Main Deighty facing EAST but Gopuram is facing WEST towards Kanchipuram. Once in a year Varadharaja Perumal starts from here to Kanchi.
Main deighty is beautiful and huge almost 6 feet in sitting position.
Regular poojas done daily. Seperate Shrine for AHOBILA VALLI THAYAR.
The temple is situated on the Palar river banks ( where 3 rivers are merging - Thiru Mukkoodal). This is very old Temple situated on a small hill about 500 ft from main road. Any one can climb 400 steps or you can drive vehicle up to the temple. When water flowing in the river, it will be beautiful to see wide Palar from temple.
Worth visiting this temple (Part of Dhivya Desam) get blessings of SRI LAKSHMI NARASIMHAR
Very neat and well maintained temple with Car parking out side temple.
Timings : 6.00 AM to 11.30 AM and 4.00 PM to 8.00 PM






The above Sri Anjaneyar and small temple I saw on the way to Old Seevaram from Chenglpet,  Palur Road
Old Seevaram is about 70 KMs from Chennai, can be reached from Chenglepet -take Palur road (drive by the side of Palar river. Also from Kanchipuram to Walajabath and to Old Seevaram.

    Sriram, this Lakshminarasimhar temple I have suggested to you on the other day. A very good old temple. We visited the temple when we were in Madurantakam.
