THIRUMIZHISAI SRI JAGANNATHA PERUMAL,  Moolaver Sri Jagannatha Perumal, ( Sitting Position)  Thayar - Thirumangaivalli thayar almost 1000 year old temple, in Thiruvallur Dist. This place is the birth place of Thirumizhisai Alwar ( Sri Bakthisarar)
This temple is also known as Mahya Jagannatham ( PURI is Uthra Jagannatham, and Thirupullani is Dakshina Jagannatham)
There are separate shrines for Sri Lakshmi Narasimar, Sri Andal and Sri Manavala Munigal. Sri Anjaneyar Sannithi is opposite to the temple main entrance. You can see Lord Vinayagar in the immediate corridor, on the wall ( some says Thumbigai Alwar) having Ragu and Kethu in his belly. Vinayagr Chaturthi big celebration here. People are coming here pray Lord Vinayage for Raghu and Kethu preethi.
This temple is not in the Divya Desam list, but for many devotees this temple is Abhimana Sthalam. Really calm beautiful, Big, clean temple with big corridors, well maintained surroundings.
Temple timings : 7.00 AM to 11.00 AM and 4.30 PM to 8.30 PM
Archani materials devotees have to bring (No shop is near temple though inside town)
Car parking is available. Well connected with Thiruvallur, Chennai - 30 KMs on the Chennai to Tirupathi Route.
