The famous about Arulmigu Bhutapureeswarar Temple is "Prathosam Pooja". The main festival Arulmigu Bhutapureeswarar Temple temple is Pavithrotsavam & Tamil New Year which is most famous. This is the Ancient temple people believe that , they get rid of all their problems, after praying here in this temple. Inside praharam Sri Baktha Anjaneyar in separate sannathi is also famous and crowded in Saturdays
There are also shrines for Brahma, Mahavishnu, Dakshinamurthy, Natarajar, Bhairavar, Devi Durgai Amman, Vinayagar, Maha Ganapati, Valli Devasena Subramaniar, Chandikeswarar and Navagrahas. This is the Ancient temple of more than 800 years old and situated in the middle of the town.

Temple Timings :: Morning: 06.30 AM to 11.30 AM  and  Evening: 04.30 PM to 08.30 PM








Sriperumpudur  located 40 Kms from Chennai on the National Highway 4. and 20 Kms from Thiruvallur Railway Station. The temple is located near the bus stand.
